Fix Sensitivity- Your teeth and gums do become more sensitive as you age. There are over the counter remedies and toothpaste for sensitive mouths out on the market. If the problem persists makes sure to consult with your dentist.
Brush and Floss Daily- This may seem like a no-brainer but brushing 2x a day as well as sticking to a flossing routine will help keep your mouth healthy and keep the dental diseases away.
Avoid Tobacco and Processed Sugar- Tobacco products as well as candies and sodas are all bad for your teeth. Use in moderation or avoid all together to make your dentist a very happy person.
